We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
Apprentice in M2 or similar (last school year).
Technical skills
Linux and Windows system.
Ability to automate and script to keep all simple and standard administration actions.
Soft skills / transversal skills
Project management and ability to lead technical meetings within the intervention scope. Ability to work in a project mode.
You can demonstrate initiative autonomy and proactivity.
You have a strong sense of service and communication skills.
Strong ability to work in a team.
You are rigorous responsive and available.
The position is in an international environment so fluent English both spoken and written is essential.
As Scheduling Tools Administrator you will manage AXA scheduler TWS and EGEN support operational teams and apply all good practices to maintain an excellent Quality of Services. You will be required to provide your expertise during the completion of projects automations and technical evolutions of the scheduling tools for Mainframe and Open (version upgrades technical evolutions).

The division
Group Technology Operations (GTO)aims atdesigning developing and operating Global AXA IT products delivering them to AXA Entities and the AXA Group at the right level of quality of service and cost and aligned with businessdriven priorities. Its missions can be summarized in four main activities: global product delivery global product portfolio management daytoday operations management and entities proximity management.
The department / team
You will join the GTO French Market department working closely for Transnational entities AXA France and its affiliates. Our main missions:
Be the main point of contact for entities act as an ambassador related to services and products delivered by AXA Group Operations (AXA GO) and support the implementation of the Tech & Data Operations (TDO) strategy
Lead GO / AXA GO Product adoption working in strong collaboration with Product Teams
Be accountable to the entities Partnership QoS & the daytoday operational delivery and be a key point of escalation for entities
Promote and implement the GO Target Operating Model with entities to enable proper consumption of GO Products and Services
Be the key sensors to provide data inputs to GO teams through the local proximity and deep understanding of the entities
Act as the GO proximity service providing account management demand management product support and project delivery
About the job
Job purpose
Within the French Market department reporting to the Applications Services & DBA manager you will be responsible for contributing to engineering and support activities within the scheduling pole. You will be required to provide your expertise during the completion of projects automations and technical evolutions of the scheduling tools for Mainframe and Open (version upgrades technical evolutions). You will ensure the proper functioning of the production proactive monitoring and resolution of incidents affecting the systems within the scope. The Production engineers using your scheduling solutions rely on your daily support (implementation of scheduling debugging changes).
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
Manage the production of your technical scope and handle incidents
Delegate the monitoring and operation of scheduled chains to the Production teams
Provide support and advice to these Production teams
Provide operational documentation
Manage forecasted consumption of infrastructure resources
May occasionally provide training for Production teams using scheduling services
Provide highlevel expertise on all components of the technical infrastructure relying on suppliers (IBM STONEBRANCH ISC etc. when necessary
Participate in crossfunctional projects up to the organization and of major operations
Participate in the organization and of disaster recovery plans
Contribute to the development and elaboration of AXA IT standards
Contribute to rationalization actions Design implement new solutions and implement changes within the scope
