Job Description
Global Dimensions is a HUBZone service disabled veteranowned small business based in Fredericksburg VA. We are a dynamic expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture training/education/instruction IT cyber security and intelligence (analysts CI HUMINT SIGINT etc.. Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Senior Exercise Planner for a position at Fort Shafter (primary location) and Makalapa at Joint Base Pearl HarborHickam (JBPHH) as an alternate location must be willing and able to work at both locations based on client requirements.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelors degree
- Graduate of a Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education or Component Equivalent
- 5 years of experience in planning and executing Component or Joint Exercise Programs
- Familiarity with all five phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)
- Proficient in the Military DecisionMaking Process (MDMP) Army Design Methodology (ADM) and the Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Previous experience serving on staff at an Operational or higherlevel Headquarters such as a Corps DRU ASCC or ACOM
- Understanding of operationallevel Joint and Multinational exercise design
- Capable of managing an exercise from initial concept through planning and delivering seniorlevel concept of operations briefings
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Masters degree
- 8 years of experience serving at the Brigade level or higher
- Skilled in managing and supporting exercise budgets with various funding sources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Office 365 suite
- Familiar with JTT and ARTIMS systems
- Prior experience operating or serving in Japan
- Solid understanding of MultiDomain Operations and related concepts
- Strong time management abilities and proven organizational leadership
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
