Maintenance Technician

CommQuest seeks a PartTime Maintenance Technician team member at our CommQuest Facilities in Canton Ohio.
Maintenance performs general maintenance construction activities and basic repairs by assignment. Also conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations.

What youll do:
- Performs general maintenance basic repairs and construction duties
- Performs a wide variety of general and semiskilled maintenance activities (painting carpentry electrical plumbing etc. for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames
- Assures that maintenance construction projects and repairs are kept current at CommQuest Services locations as assigned by supervisor
- Conducts routine inspections of premises and equipment at all CommQuest Services locations
- Moves furniture and/or equipment as requested
- Yearround grounds keeping and landscaping (snow removal mowing etc.
- All other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Dayshift and afternoonshifts available. Must have availability to work in the evenings weekends and overtime as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Minimum of oneyear experience in maintenance services preferred
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift bend stand and sit for extended periods of time as required to complete cleaning and maintenance services occasional heavy lifting involved
- Possesses a valid drivers license vehicle insurance and a driving record that is compliant with agency insurance requirements
