About The Job

Term Workforce Support Manager Please note this is an AT&T term employee position which will be up to 3 years in length.

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting a large team of business professionals who keep DirectTV running smoothly As an AT&T Workforce Support Manager partnered with DirectTV you will oversee field personnel who support the operational activities at DirectTV and deliver service to their customers across the entertainment industry. Youll ensure the individuals are empowered with the tools access and systems they need to succeed while maintaining operational efficiency and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Responsible For:

  • System Access Management: Provide and maintain access to critical business systems including financial HR sales PMO and massmarket platforms to ensure DirectTV field personnel can perform their roles effectively.
  • Employee Support: Address and resolve concerns remotely ensuring high levels of satisfaction at all times. Help navigate challenges and meet business goals.
  • Process Ownership: Take ownership of daytoday service business processes ensuring adherence to established procedures that drive satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Technical Support: Act as a goto resource for resolving immediate technical needs

How Youll Excel in the Role:

  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with the field to meet financial objectives while maintaining high service standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide direct support for access issues and issue resolution.
  • Driving Excellence: Ensure that field resources and processes align with DIRECTVs goals for sustainable growth customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Standards: Help maintain service delivery standards that align with the companys objectives for quality and profitability.
  • Guidance: Facilitate the implementation of best practices
  • CustomerFocused Leadership: Represent AT&T and DIRECTV professionally delivering a consistent and positive experience for internal and external stakeholders.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

  • Project Management: Previous nontechnical project management experience supporting business process is preferred
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication skills to connect effectively with team members leadership and customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and a focus on achieving business goals.
  • ProblemSolving Ability: Demonstrated success in resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively with a customerfirst mindset.
  • Familiarity with Financial HR or CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience in Wireless or media entertainment industry is a plus

Our Analyst Project Management Workforce Support Manager earns between $52600.00$98200 USD Annual Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
