KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the monthly quarterly and yearend financial close processes
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries
- Perform accurate and timely account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Procurement Treasury and IT to ensure smooth financial operations
- Support audit preparation by providing documentation and analysis as needed
- Help implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the implementation of new tools or systems
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 03 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with crossfunctional teams
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
