The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energys Grid & Power Quality Solutions (GPQS) team in Raleigh NC as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator! This is your chance to be at the forefront of digital transformation in engineering driving innovation and efficiency in our projects. Youll be the goto expert for BIM workflows ensuring seamless integration and coordination across disciplines. How youll make an impact
Implement and support digitalization initiatives within the engineering team.
Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative costsaving ideas.
Develop and implement global and local engineering processes.
Coordinate BIM plans and ensure adherence during project .
Administer and maintain businessmanaged software and engineering tools.
Provide training and support for team members on processes and tools.
Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage project data sets.
Mentor project teams in using BIM authoring tools effectively.
Your background
Associate Degree in Engineering Drafting/CAD with at least 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks.
Strong experience in BIM coordination and methodologies.
Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
