Job Description

JOB TITLE: HR Coordinator Plant
Location: Clarksville TN Onsite
JOB TYPE: Salary Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
Title of Immediate Supervisor: Senior Plant Human Resources Manager
YOU HAVE:
  • Technical skills.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word Excel PowerPoint). Knowledge of leave of absence and employee benefits programs.
  • Attention to detail.Self-directed with high attention to to manage multiple projects
  • Great communication skills.Excellent analytical verbal and written communication focus and a team player
  • Soft skills.Highest degree of integrity professionalism diplomacy and discretion
  • Experience.At least 1-2 years of entry-level Human Resources experience
  • Education.Equivalent combination of education and experience to a 4-year degree in HR or related fieldpreferred.
YOU WILL:
  • Support.Be a vital source of HR information by responding to employee inquiries on site. Coordinateannual events including employee engagement survey open-enrollment and performance review process
  • Update and maintain.Ensure the data integrity of ADP and other applicable HRdatabases while ensuring strict confidentiality at all times
  • Help.Assist employees with leave and disability requests or questions related to their benefits. Coordinate open enrollment efforts.
  • Support. Support leadership with reporting various metrics and hosting local employee events and meetings
