Job Description
- Technical skills.Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word Excel PowerPoint). Knowledge of leave of absence and employee benefits programs.
- Attention to detail.Self-directed with high attention to to manage multiple projects
- Great communication skills.Excellent analytical verbal and written communication focus and a team player
- Soft skills.Highest degree of integrity professionalism diplomacy and discretion
- Experience.At least 1-2 years of entry-level Human Resources experience
- Education.Equivalent combination of education and experience to a 4-year degree in HR or related fieldpreferred.
- Support.Be a vital source of HR information by responding to employee inquiries on site. Coordinateannual events including employee engagement survey open-enrollment and performance review process
- Update and maintain.Ensure the data integrity of ADP and other applicable HRdatabases while ensuring strict confidentiality at all times
- Help.Assist employees with leave and disability requests or questions related to their benefits. Coordinate open enrollment efforts.
- Support. Support leadership with reporting various metrics and hosting local employee events and meetings
