Skills and Experience:

Desktop Support Engineer:

Provide technical support to endusers for hardware software and networkrelated issues.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops laptops and peripherals.

Install configure and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software applications.

Perform regular system updates patches and ensure proper maintenance of desktops and workstations.

Handle user account creation permissions and support Active Directoryrelated tasks.

Assist in setting up configuring and troubleshooting hardware printers and other peripherals.

Support network connectivity issues including VPNs and WiFi configurations.

Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.

Document all incidents and resolutions using the service management tools.

Provide remote desktop support for users in various locations as required.

Assist in the preparation of new desktop systems software deployments and hardware setups.

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth operation of infrastructure and resolve escalated issues.

Ensure adherence to security best practices including data protection and compliance policies.

End user email configuration and O365 working knowledge.

Google Administrator:

Administer and support Google Workspace (Gmail Google Drive Google Meet Google Docs Google Sheets etc..

Configure and maintain user accounts groups and permissions in Google Admin Console.

Provide Level 2 support for Google Workspace issues including email calendar file sharing and other Google services.

Troubleshoot and resolve Google Workspacerelated issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users.

Assist with the setup configuration and migration of users into Google Workspace.

Manage and monitor Google Workspace security features including 2Step Verification data loss prevention (DLP) and audit logs.

Ensure proper backup retention and recovery procedures for Google Workspace data.

Implement and maintain best practices for Google Workspace usage and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Google Workspace with other business applications and services.

Provide training and documentation for end users on Google Workspace features and best practices.

Monitor system performance and address issues related to Google Workspace performance and reliability.

Stay up to date with Google Workspace updates and new features ensuring that the organization leverages the latest tools and capabilities.

Assist with reporting and analytics from Google Workspace such as usage metrics security reports and other operational data.

Manage and Maintain Google workspace MDM and User configuration related to MDM.

Manage and Maintain Google workspace related security.
