Sheehy Auto Storesseeks an energetic employee for the Parttime Receptionist to work Evenings & Weekends. As the Receptionist you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealerships first impressions representative. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and goaloriented. If you are professional have integrity love people and like to get things done apply today!
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department
Answer and route phone calls promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk/lobby area
Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing scheduling data entry)
Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- High School Diploma or higher
- A professional appearance
- A clean driving record & valid drivers license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass preemployment testing to include background checks (MVR drug test)
