Our growing team needs a store manager to help us deliver a great patient experience in our optometric office. The best candidate will be excited about helping the business grow fostering an ongoing relationship with patients guiding employee / team development and coaching sales behaviors and patient care techniques.
GENERAL FUNCTION:
A store manager is responsible for managing all facets of the retail store operation including but not limited to; the daily operation of a retail area including personnel management budgetary controls and inventory controls while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Ensuring our patients have the best experience is our top priority. The store manager coaches behaviors in the team that foster patient retention and promote outstanding patient/doctor satisfaction.
The store manager must be ready to eat sleep and breathe the eye care industry! This role requires a deep working knowledge of vision and medical insurance plans strong computer and technical skills and a proactive problemsolving mentality.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent and experience typically achieved with a minimum of 12 years in a retail or healthcare environment. Current optician or optometric technician certification or ability to achieve the certification within one year of hire preferred.
