Are you a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a flexible PartTime or Per Diem opportunity BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced PT to provide compassionate oneonone care to adult and geriatric clients in Senior Living Communities throughout the Lexington and Salisbury area.
As a BAYADA Physical Therapist youll be an essential part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team helping clients regain mobility maintain independence and thrive in the comfort of their living environments.

Your Role as a Home Health Physical Therapist:
Provide 1:1 care with clients in their senior living residences
Conduct assessments to evaluate mobility strength endurance balance and safety
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve movement and prevent injury
Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques to promote longterm wellness
Maintain accurate electronic documentation using a stateoftheart tablet system
What Were Looking For:
Active PT License in the state of North Carolina
Graduate from anAPTAaccredited Physical Therapy program
Strongtime management communication and problemsolving skills
