Job Description
Northpoint Mortgage selected as one of the Boston Globes 2024 Top Places to Work is a growing New Englandbased mortgage lender seeking to add an entrylevel fulltime employee to our Sturbridge MA office. In addition to a great working atmosphere we offer competitive pay benefits and a wonderful worklife balance. We are seeking a candidate in the Sturbridge MA area as this is an inoffice position.
Responsibilities:
- Reception: Answer phones and greet clients with the highest level of customer service
- Communicate directly with operations staff and loan officers
- Assist in special projects as needed by management
- Assist loan originators with file setup
- Sort and organize mortgage loan documents
- Review loan package documentation for discrepancies or omissions
- Provide administrative support through the loan application process
Skills & Experience needed:
- Desire and ability to work in the office as this is an inoffice position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel Word Outlook
- Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a solutionoriented demeanor
- Ability to interact and communicate with clients business partners all levels of our organization
