Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our client in Monroe NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7AM 3:30PM OR 8AM 4:30PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate
- $19 $21 / hour
Job Summary
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and receiving incoming shipments.
Job Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Creating reports in excel for managers
- Create BOL for 3 BUs unit
- Schedule Pick up appointments
- Release ASN Route orders on time
- Handling all necessary paperwork and filing
Job Requirements
- Proficient with Excel and outlook.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish
