Job Summary
Operating Room Manager/Assistant Nurse Director plans organizes implements and oversees clinical and program development within the OR to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of BWFH as well as the regulatory requirements of the JCAHO and other applicable federal state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. Responsibilities include oversight of professional nursing practice planning management and operation of surgical service to ensure quality patient care for patients in the following age groups: adolescents adults and geriatrics. The Assistant Director will also assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model in an environment that exemplifies best practice.Qualifications
