Salary Range
Therapist Fully Licensed
Base Salary: $68755.06 $79611.12/annually
Clinical Trainee
Base Salary: $60004.41 $69478.79/annually
The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant knowledge training skills work location experience and/or FTE.

About Us

Canvas Healths mental health and substance use disorder providers clinicians and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes the community and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness substance use disorders crisis unstable housing and trauma. Canvas Health is a nonprofit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
Provide group family individual therapy and clinical case management services to students enrolled in our adolescent Childrens Mental Health Day Treatment Programs. Provide leadership and coordination of milieu therapies and daily activities of the Therapeutic Learning Center.
Location
Oakdale MN
Schedule
Monday through Friday 40 hours/week
Minimum Qualifications
Therapist
- Possess a masters degree or higher in psychology social work or marriage and family therapy.
- Possessing a valid Minnesota State Licensure or being eligible for licensure within six months as recognized by The Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (such as LICSW LMFT or LP) is required.
Clinical Trainee
- Masters Degree in Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy Psychology or Clinical Counseling and must be currently pursuing LICSW LMFT LP or LPCC licensure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
- Experience in residential or day treatment setting.
- Experience in recreation vocational or expressive therapies.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
