Position Overview:
Amerapex Corporation is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dedicated HR team. In this role you will support departmentspecific strategies and contribute to the overall mission of the organization by performing a wide range of HRrelated duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of HR programs and processes including employee onboarding payroll and training.
- Collect maintain and update employee data and records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Perform data entry and updates in HR systems such as UKG.
- Conduct regular audits of HR files and documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Coordinate and assist with planning employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Support compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with employee relations by helping to address questions concerns and grievances.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist at the front desk/reception area as needed.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized and detailoriented.
- Capable of managing priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a high level of integrity.
