Assistant Dean of Nursing Education & Workforce Development

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Dean of Workforce Development youll oversee nursing program operations faculty development and clinical partnerships while ensuring educational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead instructional and operational management of the Workforce Development site
- Develop and maintain strategic clinical partnerships with healthcare facilities
- Oversee curriculum implementation and program compliance
- Manage faculty recruitment development and performance
- Direct student success initiatives and academic support programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Board of Nursing requirements
- Drive NCLEX success rates through strategic planning and support
Required Qualifications:
- Active California RN license
- Masters degree or higher in Nursing Education or Administration
- Minimum 1 year teaching experience in nursing education
- 1 years direct patient care experience
- Demonstrated leadership and program management experience
- Proficiency with educational technology and learning management systems
