Job Description
Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk $25/HR
Location: Carrollton TX
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 1hour unpaid lunch)
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to temporarily fill in for our regular AP staff member who is out for a few weeks possibly longer. This is NOT a temptohire role strictly temporary unless notified otherwise.
Requirements:
5 years of Accounts Payable experience (REQUIRED)
Proficient in:
3Way Match
Receiving against a Purchase Order (PO)
Entering Bills against Item Receipts
Recording Credit Card Statements
Bill Pay Process (including obtaining necessary approvals)
Bank Account Reconciliations
Monthly Close Procedures
