Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare parts for shipping to outside vendors (transaction and physical preparation).
- Load and unload packages from incoming trucks.
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
- Ability to receive pick/pull and ship material via UPS FedEx etc.
- Deliver parts to respective areas in plant.
- Transfer material in/out of stockroom.
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity quality etc.
- Perform cycle counts and transact material in ERP system.
- Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
- Put away product/material.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Minimum Skills Knowledge and Physical Requirements:
- High School Diploma G.E.D.
- Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of ERP System a plus.
- Ability to drive all powered equipment (i.e. fork lift pallet jack tugger etc..
- Constant exposure to indoor manufacturing environment.
- Constantly standing and walking throughout the workday.
- Frequent repetitive motions.
- Required to wear eye protection and safety shoes.
