Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detailoriented Commercial Service Specialist. In this role you will manage customer service tasks audits cancellations data entry and other essential functions. The ideal candidate will hold a P&C license and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include handling customer interactions account management and servicerelated support.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
- Conducting audits cancellations and data entry tasks
- Managing finance agreements change requests and endorsements
- Utilizing coverage knowledge to assist customers
- Working on the agencys accounts and maintaining a book of business
Qualifications:
- P&C license
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using EZLynx software
- Bilingual skills (a bonus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
