Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting all DC operations. This will include the areas of front office Customer pickups general administration accounts payables payroll inventory management onboarding and the orientation of new team members. Other areas of responsibility will include the oversight of Health and Safety and general maintenance throughout the building. The Operations Manager is a crossdepartment leadership role working with the various other departments to ensure the building operates effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and organizational skills and a vast working knowledge of retail distribution systems standards and procedures.
