Job Summary
The Center for Autism and Neurodiversity (CAN) Employment Advisors primary responsibility will be to directly mentor CAN participants on employment and life skillsrelated goals and foster relationships with employers seeking neurodivergent employees. This employee will: conduct individualized student meetings to assist CAN participants with determined goals related to employment; collaborate and communicate with campus partners specifically SCDC around the students progress in their coop; and assist the CAN team with the development and implementation of largescale events to raise awareness and educate about neurodiversity.
This is an hybrid inperson position working primarily inperson.

This position is classified as Exempt grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from$47490 to $71230per year. Please note that the offered rate for thisposition typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade but it can vary based on thesuccessful candidates qualifications and experience department budget and an internal equity review.
