Job Description
Were Topaz Labs an AI tech company that builds software to solve imaging problems like denoising superresolution and deconvolution with deep learning. Over 1M photographers and designers trust us with their work including on teams at Google Nvidia NASA and more. Weve processed over 1 billion images achieved 1000 revenue growth in the last 4 years and were only getting started.
Were looking for a Research Scientist to help us push the stateoftheart in image and video enhancement. Your primary responsibility will be to explore and develop new deep learning models to solve inverse problems in imaging. Youll also evaluate customer feedback and image data to gauge performance and refine your models based on realworld usage.

About you
- PhD or equivalent industry experience
- Prior key contributor to significant deep learning projects for image enhancement or image processing
- Significant prior experience with CNNs GANs Diffusion and other common computer vision network architectures
- 2 years of handson experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Good understanding of common image processing algorithms
- Working knowledge of C/C
- Wellread on major recent research papers in deep learning for image or video enhancement
