The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB) within the ICS COE is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by delivering bestinclass premium products capabilities customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. The ICS GNS team as part of the IPPB organisation is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of these key enterprise assets for GNS premium products that span across 30 network issuers.
Reporting to the Director GNS Products and Partnerships this manager will be responsible for supporting the GNS premium product strategy and standardization across ICS and GNS. They will lead product and benefits enablement including governance frameworks and process development and enabling best practice sharing across ICS TLS and GNS with a focus to unlock enterprise value. In addition they will be the key point of contact for GNS marketing COE in relation to enterprise product strategy enterprise platform migration and benefits enablement on R42.
How will you make an impact in this role
The ideal candidate will have a strategicmindset be comfortable with enabling collaboration across multiple organizations including GNS Central and regional marketing teams the ICS International Premium Product and Benefits teams Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS) and Enterprise Platforms to deliver impact.
