Pay:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications experience and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program health insurance paid time off and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $73300 to $99200.

This position requires individuals with knowledge and understanding of the professional career paths and demands of the nursing field as well as the ability to inspire students to the highest level of achievement in preparation for those career paths and employer demands. Those with motivation integrity and enthusiasm for teaching a willingness to embrace Herzings mission and adapt to the needs to adult learners will excel in this position.
Summary of Primary Responsibilities
The positions responsibilities fall into eight basic areas and serve as the basis for instructor hiring evaluation and development.
