Position Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant at Mathnasium youll embark on a dynamic role that offers invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth. Heres what you can expect:
- Represent Mathnasium: Youll be the welcoming face of our learning center serving students and parents with warmth courtesy and attentiveness.
- Operational Mastery: Receive comprehensive training in managing daily operations supported by our team of math instructors lead instructors and upper management.
- Time Management and Decision Making: Refine your ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment honing your decisionmaking skills as you contribute to the growth of our center.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support Daily Operations: Assist in preparing students materials and handle routine tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate positive trusting relationships with current and prospective customers proactively addressing instructional concerns and resolving client queries.
- Teaching Support: Prepare teaching materials create and distribute progress reports to parents and collaborate with instructional staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Math Proficiency: Proficiency in algebra is required highlighting a strong foundation in mathematical concepts.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative mindset to thrive within a highly productive team.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to effectively juggle competing priorities.

Compensation: $20.00 $23.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
