Job Description

You thoroughly enjoy:

  • Maintaining optimal level of PMA (Positive Mental Attitude)
  • Sales processes and organization because you know that the devil is in the details.
  • Help track and manage the Sales Teams activity via reports and monitor CRM activities. Know their activity in terms of inspections signed deals and have a pulse on customer statuses to help jobs move through project stages.
  • Assist in helping to schedule and coordinate sales contests sales and production meetings and collaboration with reception to prioritize communication pertaining to sales appointments and schedules etc.
  • Assist the Sales Department to increase revenues through tracking reporting advise and help organize processes to make the team more efficient.
  • Be the goto admin person for all salespeople assist the VP of Sales and the Residential Sales Manager in getting the new salespeople trained and understand the functions of the department to educate new hires. For example how to turn in a proper job file assisting reps in following up on leads customer appointments and helping reps manage their sales pipeline.
  • Be a constant source of help and information to the sales team. Liaison with AR production and help with administrative tasks like business cards office procedures internal processes etc.
  • Be prepared to wear many hats as it relates to the assistance training education and development of our sales team and assisting the department managers and team with various tasks.
  • Additional duties and processes to learn and understand include basic AR functions insurance supplementation process change orders and final billings to customers.
  • This role will enjoy working with multiple departments and people daily. We are looking for someone that is resourceful insightful flexible and doesnt need much supervision once trained.

You understand:

  • Marketing and Sales need to work together as we are stronger together than working in silos.
  • Help with holding teams accountable because it is important because you can see the bigger vision and the return on investment that it can bring to a company.

You will be eager to:

  • Jump in with both feet to learn our CRMs and customer service processes.
  • Learn from the VP of Sales as this position will be reporting to a trailblazer and a leader in the roofing industry fast paced eager and loves analytics as so should you.
