Job Description Summary
Salesforce CRMA Dashboard Specialist Collaborates with business and technology partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of their data visualization goals and requirements within the Sales Marketing and Service domains for display within the Salesforce platform. Designs and develops interactive dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics visualization platform (previously Tableau CRM TCRM and Einstein Analytics)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop highquality informative and visually compelling dashboards for the Salesforce CRM platform focusing on sales operations and support users.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility alignment with team standards and practices and selection of appropriate types of graphics and visual representations to simplify complex datasets.
- Work closely with system analysts and stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements translating them into visual stories ready for dashboard development.
- Develop new dashboards and customize and maintain existing dashboards.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM Analytics to create and maintain highend reports and dashboards.
Experience:
- 2 years handson experience designing and building reports and dashboards
- 1 year development experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (aka Tableau CRM TCRM Einstein Analytics)
- Extensive experience in developing maintaining and managing interactive visualization dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of visualization tools architecture/administration.
Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of SQL rational databases and normalization.
- Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.
- Competency in Excel (macros pivot tables etc.
- Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills with the ability to work independently and multitask
