Job Description
Manages staff in the field and reinforces company policies and procedures including clients needs and requirements of daily operations.
Deliver Customer Service with Aloha
Works closely with the field training manager and scheduling manager to coordinate appropriate training for new employees assisting in coverage for open shifts and providing breaks as needed.
Interacts engages addresses and resolves specifically with frontline workers.
Consistently conducts site visits and inspections ensuring company vehicles and property are safe and secure.
Knowledge of the security industry and operations.
Needs to have management experience preferably in the security or training field.
Valid state drivers license.
The applicant needs current state security guard card certification or is willing to get one.
