SUMMARY:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining UT Federal Credit Unions physical assets while playing a strategic role in site selection for new branches and working with commercial real estate developers to support growth initiatives. This position ensures all facilities are safe secure and optimized for member experience and employee productivity.

Meets all deadlines and is detail oriented. Ability to work with executives maintain confidentiality of records and information diplomacy tact and professionalism in actions and appearance. Fully competent in using contemporary software word processing program applications. Ability to organize job functions and work area to be able to effectively complete assignments within the established time frame. Consistently demonstrate ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner in order to meet current needs.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Excellent command of the English language oral and written. Ability to read and interpret documents specific instructions policy manuals and procedure manuals. Exceptional ability to write clearly and concisely as well as in producing written reports correspondence spreadsheets and graphs. Ability to speak effectively to all levels of individuals.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract twodigit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement volume and distance.
