Under the supervision of the Associate Dean the faculty member is responsible for instruction in the Emergency Medical Technology program. The faculty member is responsible for teaching courses coordinating clinical instruction designing and developing curriculum evaluating student performance and advising students.
This position requires a bachelors degree with five 5 years of fulltime experience as an NREMTP and one 1 year of teaching experience.
Ideal candidate will have a masters degree in a related area plus experience as a NREMTP and one 1 year of teaching experience. The ability to work with limited supervision is essential. The program coordinator reports directly to the department head and will serve as lead instructor for the EMT program. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
