With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff case managers clinicians physicians nurses and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.
Were looking for an Outpatient Supervisor to join our Youth and Family Services at 1012 W. Abriendo in Pueblo CO.
What Youd Be Doing
The Outpatient Supervisor is a vital member of a multidisciplinary team that works together to promote strong relationships and healthy futures for youth and families. The Outpatient Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the wellbeing of our communities by developing monitoring and refining therapeutic programs and managing a team of clinical professionals.
Specifically the Youth and Family Services Outpatient Supervisor will be:
- Providing clinical and administrative supervision for identified staff in accordance with Center policies and procedures;
- Ensuring the provision of highquality individual group and family counseling utilizing best practices;
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with community agencies and partners as required for patient care and program operations;
- Managing and supervising staff documentation to ensure accurate compliant and complete records including auditing for clinical content and accurate coding of billed services;
- Reviewing and dispositioning treatment plans and other clinical documentation within 2 work days of submission;
- Maintaining and supporting compliance with Center and other required standards;
- Monitoring and managing productivity standards for assigned staff;
- Maintaining competency and proficiency with the electronic health record (EHR) and providing up to date information on EHR changes to assigned staff;
- Maintaining knowledge of agency policy and procedures and ensuring adherence across purview;
- Providing formal administrative and clinical training and supervision to include: new hire onboarding completion of new hire progress reviews ongoing staff competency building and formal performance evaluations in accordance with Center policy and procedures;
- Providing administrative/supervisory coverage in the absence of other supervisors as assigned;
- Working cooperatively with departments and leaders across the organization; and
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
Physical requirements include the following:
- Requires frequent standing sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 15 pounds
- Requires working under stress in emergency situations
- Requires occasional driving at times in adverse weather conditions
- Requires frequent operation of a computer
Qualifications
What Were Looking ForThe MustHaves
- Masters degree and Colorado licensure in Clinical Social Work Psychology Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Extensive knowledge of the theories modalities and clinical treatment with particular emphasis on experience in the treatment of children adolescents and families.
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team and collaboration with community agencies.
- Two years postgraduate experience one of which must have been working with a child and adolescent population as a licensed professional.
- Computer proficiency required
- Proof of COVID19 vaccination is required upon hire*
