Position: Director Information Technology
Reports to: CFO
Location: Columbus Ohio
Salary Range: $165000 $190000

The Superior Group is looking for a Director of Information Technology to lead our enterprise technology team and drive initiatives that make our people and projects more productive. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio and will report to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of enterprisewide IT systems ensuring reliability security and continuous improvement
- Develop and execute a forwardthinking IT Roadmap that supports business needs and gives our teams the digital tools and infrastructure they need to succeed
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and datadriven decisionmaking
- Build mentor and manage two IT groups: Infrastructure/Services team which ensures business continuity and infrastructure needs and Applications/Data team which delivers software integrations and dashboards
- Ensure cybersecurity due diligence business continuity and disaster recovery through compliance with industry frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF 2.0 and thirdparty audits
- Manage vendor relationships internal software adoption processes hardware and software budgets and unplanned ad hoc projects as needed by the business

Your Expertise
- Required: You have at least 10 years of experience in IT roles such as network architecture systems management business analysis software development and enterprise reporting
- Required: You have at least 5 years experience leading an IT team
- Required: You have experience utilizing integration tools dashboarding networking Microsoft onpremise and cloud systems and ERP/CRM systems
- Bonus Points: You have ITIL TOGAF and/or PMP certifications
- Bonus Points: You have experience in the construction industry
