We are seeking Neighborhood Liaisons in Virginia Beach VA. This is an entrylevel position with tons of growth opportunities in the lawn care industry. Its the perfect way to get your foot in the door with Man and begin a journey towards a career as a Lawn Care Technician Sales Agent or even a supervisor. 90 of our Branch Managers start as hourly employees.
What Youll Do:
As a Neighborhood Liaison youll visit homeowners in local neighborhoods and offer them a free noobligation lawn care estimate. Youll learn a simple yet effective pitch.Remember youre not selling lawn careyoure selling Man our team and the exceptional service we provide.If you enjoy meeting new people making money working outdoors and building relationships this is the perfect role for you. First impressions are everything! We will provide you with all the tools and training you need to succeed including company apparel and training on our sales process and lawn care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively communicate the benefits of Mans lawn care services
Generate leads
Accurately record customer information and interactions
Represent Man in a positive and professional manner at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
