Pinnacle Construction and Development Corp is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in our Charlottesville office. The Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the development process for complex multifamily mixeduse commercial and assisted living projects from initial concept through start of construction. Tasks include: feasibility analysis; land acquisition due diligence; compiling information for local governments and financing; loan applications; coordinating with attorneys appraisers environmental consultants investors architects engineers and the construction team. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise in real estate development. This position reports directly to the company Owners and works closely with the Chief of Operations of Pinnacle Construction and the Senior Vice President of Park Properties Management Company.
