We are uniquely positioned to combine Aurecons infrastructure advisory service offerings with our design and engineering expertise to create an insightful loop between the strategic commercial and technical understanding of infrastructure and convert these into actions to improve business performance and asset value.

What will you do

As a key member of the Infrastructure Advisory team you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering consulting services to both public and private clients. We work across multiple sectors and anticipate growth across Energy and Water Data/Digital infrastructure whilst maintaining our footprint in Transport. You will lead diverse highperforming team leveraging Aurecons integrated service offerings to deliver transformative solutions for major infrastructure projects within these critical industries.

This role offers regional responsibility with national and enterprisewide influence providing the opportunity to branch out beyond your immediate portfolio and contribute to the continued success of Aurecon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to diverse teams delivering infrastructure advisory services across Victoria contributing to national and international projects driving growth and operational excellence.

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across geographies and markets as part of a national team supporting project development for critical infrastructure investments bringing together our design engineering and advisory capabilities in the delivery of seamless client experiences.

• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships using interpersonal and influencing skills to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Originate revenue opportunities by leveraging your consulting experience and existing client networks.

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand offerings particularly in program management social infrastructure and enterprise partnerships.

• Transition smoothly from business development to delivery seizing new opportunities in growth markets.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture across regions driving national success.

What can you bring to the team

You will share our passion for reimagining challenges within the Energy Transport Data/Digital infrastructure and Water sectors and embrace continuous learning and curiosity to help shape the future of critical infrastructure. To succeed in this role you will ideally have:

• Proven leadership experience managing diverse and inclusive teams.

• A strong track record of commercial success demonstrating business development and commercial acumen with a particular focus on securing and delivering major projects in these sectors.

• Experience relating to one or more of the following: investment decision making / business cases economic and financial modelling infrastructure advisory due diligence and development of major infrastructure development.

• A growth mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuously improve processes and outcomes for complex infrastructure projects.

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with experience engaging at all levels within a highperforming business particularly with clients and stakeholders.

• A consulting background with demonstrated industry eminence and the ability to bring clients from the Energy Transport Data/Digital infrastructure or Water sectors across with you. Consulting experience with private sector clients is considered desirable.

• Experience working in Victoria with a desire to contribute to national and international projects.
