Job Description

Firefighters Community Credit Union of Cleveland OH is seeking a Member Contact Center Representative (FullTime) to join our team. Responsibilities

As a Member Contact Center Representative at our Member Contact Center located on St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland your day is spent answering incoming calls chats and emails regarding member accounts. You thrive in a fastpaced environment. As one of the voices of our credit union you make sure that your warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.

Youll assist member with:

  • Basic banking tasks including looking up account info posting transfers processing card orders and processing wire transfers
  • Education on products and services that we offer including banking services IRAs and loans
  • Uncovering needs and crossselling financial products

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEMBER CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

  • Proficiency with technology including computers tablets and general office equipment
  • Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Previous credit union or banking experience is preferred
  • Previous sales experience is preferred
  • Please be advised that credit criminal employment and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates.

WORK SCHEDULE

This position typically works MondaySaturday with a rotating day off each week. The contact center hours include 7:45am to 5:15p Monday Tuesday Friday; 7:45am 4:15pm on Wednesday 7:45am 6:15pm on Wednesday and 8:15am 1:15pm on Saturday.
