- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 25 years of Tax Preparation experience required
- Experience with tax preparation software programs
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
- Adaptable proactive and resilient
- Experience working with individuals corporations partnerships and trusts
- Providing tax planning and consultation
- Preparing complex tax returns
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Completing complicated tax research
- Client consultation and relationship management on tax issues
- Representing clients in tax disputes or audits
- Continuous learning and staying updated on tax laws
- Effective collaboration and communication within the firm.
- Roth IRA Analysis Experience
- Managing the completion of tax projects
- Prepare and posting monthly journal entries to General Ledger
- Performing monthend close processes and financial statement preparations
- Troubleshooting Client Financial Needs
