CAEs Flight Services team is looking for a Product Manager to join our Crew Management team. This role is responsible for defining solutions that enhance our Crew Management capabilities enabling improved longterm planning innovative training tracking and disruption management decision support. Our platform helps carriers manage crew schedules and keep crew members informed with realtime data. Are you ready to:

The role we are offering you:

  • Define and shape the Crew Management solutions to meet business needs.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.

  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Create and manage business cases to support product development and investment decisions.

  • Oversee the endtoend product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.

  • Work closely with the Product Management Leader for the Crew Business in a matrixed organization to drive business results.

  • Airlines Crew Planning Subjectmatter expert (SME)

  • Demonstrate excelling business acumen know latest industry trends and you are looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape.

  • Interact with customers/stakeholders in requirement gathering fine tuning and obtaining product feedback.

  • Work with crossfunctional teams to deliver features and significant products. Routinely collaborates with UX in design decisions as applicable.

  • Possess a deep understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product.

  • Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer product manager and engineering teams.

  • Own the releases and sprint backlogs shortterm roadmap for MVPs (minimum viable product) and quarterly releases.

  • Own and manage the backlog continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 12 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Prior aviation airline or similar industry experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience.

  • Selfstarter with a strong technical background.

  • Crew Management software experience a plus.
