POSITION SUMMARY:
The Stockroom Attendant A has the responsibility to work safely maintain a positive attitude be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards providing product to production. The position also will handle the audits of the work center picks and incoming freight audits. The position performs 5Ds cycle counts location checks process improvement and department training of new outfitters.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performing pick audits of completed picks to the picklist to verify the correct parts were pulled in the correct amounts.
- Practices 5S cleaning and organization throughout the day and a thorough cleanup at the end of the day.
- Performs cycle counts to help monitor inventory accuracy.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Basic math skills like adding subtraction multiplication and division.
- Must be able to read write and effectively communicate
- Must prove ability to understand the order pulling and recording process
- Must pass forklift operators test and receive certification
- Must be able to pull orders per operating procedures
- Must be able to work full time on an ongoing basis
- Ability to work independently or as a part of a group and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to communicate issues to appropriate departments.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
- Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision using welldefined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
