We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Engineering Manager to lead our R&D application engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers focused on developing testing and optimizing applicationspecific solutions. This role bridges the gap between product development and customer needs ensuring that our innovations are effectively translated into highperforming applications for our clients.
Lead and manage a team of application engineers within the R&D department.
Coordinate with product development sales marketing and customer support to align application development with business objectives.
Drive the development and validation of application solutions prototypes and proof of concepts.
Work closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure timely delivery of highquality application engineering deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Define application testing protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Identify opportunities for innovation cost reduction and performance improvement.
Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Prepare and present technical reports documentation and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging technologies tools and industry trends.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Electrical Software or Systems Engineering or a related field.
8 years of experience in application or systems engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in product application customer interfacing and R&D environments.
Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in automotive mobility industrial equipment or similar hightech industries.
Familiarity with Agile or Lean product development methodologies.
Experience with engineering simulation tools system modeling or software development is a plus.
Multilingual capabilities or international project experience.
