As an Automation Cell Operator you will be joining a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company as one of the most critical production roles at the business. You will be responsible for the operation of automated die cast cells to produce castings from various is a handson fast paced shop floor position. Duties include but are not limited to the following:Responsible for all aspects to startup and run automated die casting cells: (Yaskawa robots vision system inspection ladlers furnaces and clean and maintain dies) Monitor cells for part quality and troubleshooting casting defectsResponsible for furnace filling and operationMaterial handling for auto cellsTrim press operation for auto cellsSetup help with change oversFill in where needed (die casting trim finishing inspection)
