Position Overview: Technical Sales Associate (TSA)
Are you passionate about technology problemsolving and building relationships Power/mation offers an exciting opportunity through our paid 1218 month Technical Sales Associate (TSA) Program designed to prepare you for a career in Outside Sales in the industrial automation field. Youll gain handson experience mentorship and exposure to innovative solutions that transform industries while working in different areas of our business. What Youll Experience as a Technical Sales Associate:

  • Comprehensive Training: The TSA program is designed to give you a deep understanding of our business products and technologies. You will receive both onthejob and formal product training.
  • Typical Duties: Youll start in inside sales providing customer support preparing quotes and learning the intricacies of industrial automation. Youll gain experience in our engineering department and fulfillment centers. Finally youll have opportunities to shadow successful outside sales representatives.
  • Sales Skill Development: Youll be trained in consultative selling product knowledge and strategic account developmentequipping you with the expertise to transition into a successful career in Outside Sales.
  • Constant Growth: This role offers a blend of technical learning and customer interaction. Youll gain insights into how industries operate and how automation solutions improve efficiency safety and profitability.

What Were Looking For:
We seek motivated highenergy individuals with excellent communication and customer relation skills. If you have a background in mechanical or electrical engineering factory automation or related fields youll be wellequipped to thrive in this program. Although not required we strongly prefer a technical or engineering degree (or equivalent experience). A passion for learning new technologies and problemsolving skills are musthaves as are strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
