Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Estimate or quote prices credit or contract terms tradein allowances warranties and delivery dates

• Prepare sales or other contracts

• Promote sales to existing clients

• Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements

• Identify and solicit potential clients

• Assess clients needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services

• Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service

• Deliver sales presentations

• Represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries

• Conduct sales transactions

• Prepare and administer sales contracts

• Use sales forecasting software

• Conduct sales transactions through Internetbased electronic commerce

• Estimate or quote prices credit or contract terms warranties and delivery dates

• Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients needs

• Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

• Reach to clients after sale or signed contracts to provide ongoing support

• Review and adapt information regarding product innovations competitors and market conditions

• Train customers staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment

• Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services

• Resolve product and service related problems

• Troubleshoot problems related to equipment

• Advertise and/or promote products sales or services

• Provide customer service

• Manage contracts
