The FP&A Analyst Commercial Analytics will be responsible for analysis related to orders revenue margin price and sales commissions. This role will need to interact with business partners and critically evaluate funnel to orders conversion and associated sales commissions.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Analyze order trends track order fulfillment and identify areas for improvement.
- Revenue Analysis: Prepare detailed revenue reports analyze revenue streams and forecast future revenue.
- Closing and Reporting: Assist in the monthly close process analyze results provide variance explanations and prepare standard reports for management reviews.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinate and perform Budgets Quarterly/forecasts including revenue projections.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual and forecasted revenue/orders and provide explanations.
- Process Improvement: Participate in financeled process improvement activities to enhance order and revenue processes.
- Channel Commissions: Calculate monthly commissions for partners manage reports purchase orders and processing of payments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales operations and other finance teams to share best practices and simplify processes.
- Adhoc Reporting: Generate adhoc reports and analyses as needed focusing on orders and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field.
- Certifications: CACS CIMA or MBA.
- Experience: Typically 6 years of FP&A experience with a focus on order and revenue management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and modeling skills proficiency in financial statements accounting and business analysis and experience with data analytics tools.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge on Hyperion
