Job Description

ATTENTION MILITARY AFFILIATED JOB SEEKERS Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. Location: Miami FL.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the abovementioned location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supplier quality management strategies to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to evaluate their quality systems processes and capabilities.

Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.

Monitor supplier performance metrics and maintain comprehensive records of supplier quality data.

Lead root cause analysis and problemsolving initiatives for quality issues related to supplier products.

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including sales program management procurement and operations to ensure alignment to quality expectations and requirements.

Provide training and support to suppliers on quality standards processes and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends regulations and advancements in quality management practices.

Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Conduct training sessions and educate employees on quality standards processes and best practices.

Provide guidance and support to crossfunctional teams in implementing quality processes and resolving qualityrelated issues.

Establish and maintain quality policies procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

8 10 years of related work experience

Equivalent combination of formal education onthejob training and/or work experience

Experience in supplier quality management within the aerospace industry specifically in fasteners and hardware manufacturing.

Proven experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments supplier performance recovery

46 years of supervisory experience

Strong analytical organizational and troubleshooting skills

Indepth knowledge of drawings MILStandards and customer requirements

Knowledgeable of AS9100/9120 Standards

Proficient computer skills and thorough knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel Word etc.

Detailoriented efficient and able to work in a fastpaced environment

Proficient communication skills regarding performance coaching discipline

FAA CAA EASA Experience

Summary pay range: $100000 $128000
