As we continue expanding were looking for a Growth & Innovation Intern for 6 months to join the Lab team to play a key role in shaping our Spanish and Italian operations. If you thrive in a fastpaced impactdriven environment and love taking on challenges this is the perfect opportunity for you!

About the lab :

The Lab is the innovation department within papernest generate new idead refine initiatives from toher departments and provide a trustworthy environment to test and experiment new projects. Our approach is lean : we validate concepts with minimal resources iterate rapidly and support scaling successful initiatives. our goal is to push the boundaries of operations making every process more efficient and impactful.

Your responsibilities :

• Youll support our Spanish markets existing Lab operations while building our Italian market Lab from the ground up.
• In Spain youll help refine current Lab processes and give support on ongoing projects.
• In Italy youll take on an exciting challenge: structuring the Lab operations from scratch onboarding a new Lab team and defining methodologies to establish a strong foundation for rapid growth.
• Your role will be highly strategic and handson. Youll experiment iterate and optimize operations to drive sustainable growth. Youll have the opportunity to test bold ideas propose new initiatives and be a key player in shaping the future of both Italian and Spain markets.

• Your key points of contact will be Joan (Lab Operations Project Manager for Spain & Italy) and Daniele (Operations Manager Italy).

What youll do :

• Lead & Execute: Drive projects from concept to implementation ensuring efficient highquality .
• Innovate & Experiment: Youll test new processes propose strategic initiatives and optimize operations through handson experimentation.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product data marketing sales and operations teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
• Scale & Optimize: Identify successful initiatives and replicate them for sustainable growth.
• Analyze & Learn: Track key metrics measure success and continuously refine processes based on datadriven insights.
