In this role youll play a pivotal part in ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Warm Welcomes: As a Host your journey begins with a warm and genuine greeting to our guests. Youll set the tone for their entire dining experience.

2. Guiding Experiences: Youll be their trusted guide helping guests feel at ease by navigating them through our diverse menu offerings providing recommendations and describing dishes in an inviting manner.

3. Guest Advocate: At Brother Johns guest satisfaction is paramount. Youll be the first point of contact for any guest requests or concerns and it will be your responsibility to address and resolve them promptly and professionally.

4. Safety First: Uphold responsible alcohol service standards to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our guests.

Requirements:

• Menu Mastery: A willingness and ability to learn and master Brother Johns menu to confidently answer guest inquiries and offer informed suggestions.

• Title 4 Certification: Possession of knowledge concerning alcoholic service laws and standards with a completed Arizona Title 4 Certification.

• Money Matters: Basic math skills for handling transactions making change for guests and accurately performing cashouts at the end of your shift.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in operating a pointofsale system.

• Physical Stamina: Capable of working in a standing position for extended periods (up to 8 hours) safely lifting and maneuvering food trays weighing up to 30 pounds and bending and reaching as needed during shifts in both hot and cold environments.

• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills including clear and attentive communication with fellow team members customers and managers. The ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions and apply common sense reasoning to carry them out.

• Adherence to Policy: A commitment to understanding and following company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
