We are looking for a diligent and communicationsavvyVoice Resourceto follow up with insurance carriers regardingincoming fund transfers (EFT/ERA). The role involves making outbound calls to confirm payment status and coordinate with internal teams for accurate posting. Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of annuity/insurance payments excellent phone etiquette and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Initiate outbound calls to insurance carriers to verify Fund Transfers.
- Follow up on delayed missing or incomplete fund transfers.
- Escalate unresolved payment issues or discrepancies to the appropriate internal teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the system.
- Stay up to date with payer policies and payment methods.
- Graduation in any discipline is a prerequisite.
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook etc..
- Ability to work in a highvolume deadlinedriven environment.
- Prior experience working in a BPO/KPO.
- Experience working in US working hours (CST/EST etc. shifts).
