Education & Experience:

Join the Truck Assistance International Customer Service team at AXA Partners Barcelona

We are looking for agents to join the Truck Assistance International (TAI) team!

What will you do in this role

To know in detail the different types of insurance policies of our clients and to apply the corresponding conditions in each case.

Advising and guiding clients towards an appropriate solution.

Coordinate all the necessary steps of the assistance: answer international phone calls and emails register cases and document actions in our IT system organize the appropriate assistance and ensure the closure of each file.

Providing a quick and adapted customer service response in accordance with the coverage guaranteed in the customers insurance policy.

Assigning the necessary professionals for the transfer of the vehicle and for the transfer of the occupants.

Administrative tasks (sending faxes emails use of templates to manage vehicle rentals hotels cabs ticket reservations).

Work in a team environment to ensure proper case management. Always follow established internal procedures and protocols.

Regular meetings with your line manager as well as your counterparts relying on them for the resolution of files.

Management of invoices and claims related to each case.

Conditions

Contract: Temporary
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift will be mentioned in the recruitment process)
Start Date: May 19th
